On & Off Sale Basic Training - **ONLINE STUDENTS MUST PRINT THE CERTIFICATE SIGN THEIR SIGNATURE ON THE SIGNATURE LINE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CERTIFICATE TO ACTIVATE THE CERTIFICATE** This course must be completed within two weeks of purchase. For the employees of licensed establishments where liquor is sold and consumed on the premises or "on-sale," such as restaurants, bars, clubs and hotels. This three-hour class is geared towards servers and bartenders. The course covers current Arizona Liquor Law (A.R.S. Title 4), liability concerns and procedures to deal with problem situations.
Objectives
The objective of this course is to supply servers and sellers with Title 4 approved liquor law training.
Approximately 3 hours should be allowed for the Basic On-Sale course.
Certificate
By completing/passing this course, you will attain the certificate Certification Passed
Please allow 3 hours to complete the Basic training and 2 hours for the Management. Individuals have 15 days to cover the material. After taking the course and passing the test for either basic and/or management (program allows 2 attempts) a Certification of Completion will automatically be generated and is valid for 3 years. Completed courses will not be refunded even if not successfully passed.
Returns: Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If you cannot attend a class you signed up for. Please call our office and we would be happy to move you to a different class or refund your money. If you complete a class a refund will not be issued. If you fail the class a refund will not be issued.
