Está dirigido a empleados de establecimientos con licencia donde se venden y consumen bebidas alcohólicas en el local o en venta, como restaurantes, bares, clubes y hoteles. Este curso de tres horas está dirigido a meseros y bármanes. El curso abarca la Ley de Bebidas Alcohólicas de Arizona (Título 4 de la Ley de Bebidas Alcohólicas de Arizona), cuestiones de responsabilidad y procedimientos para abordar situaciones problemáticas. Este curso debe completarse dentro de las dos semanas posteriores a la compra. Para empleados de establecimientos donde el licor se consume dentro y fuera de el local. Tales como restaurantes, clubs, hoteles y tiendas comerciales. Esta clase de 3 horas esta guiada para servers, bartenders y empleados que tienen contacto con alcohol. Este curso cubre Arizona Liquor Law (A.R.S Titulo 4) responsabilidad, precupaciones y procedimientos para solucionar problemas relacionado con alcohol.

Please allow 3 hours to complete the Basic training and 2 hours for the Management. Individuals have 15 days to cover the material. After taking the course and passing the test for either basic and/or management (program allows 2 attempts) a Certification of Completion will automatically be generated and is valid for 3 years. Completed courses will not be refunded even if not successfully passed.

Returns: Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If you cannot attend a class you signed up for. Please call our office and we would be happy to move you to a different class or refund your money. If you complete a class a refund will not be issued. If you fail the class a refund will not be issued.
